I know the area.  That's Aurora, Illinois... last stop on BNSF / Metra's (former CB&Q / former BN) commuter district.  That building there is an old CB&Q roundhouse that was nearly torn down in the 1990s.  It was bought by Walter Payton (the Chicago Bears' Walther Payton) and a group of investors for a whopping total of $1.  They converted it into a restaurant / microbrewery with an NFL theme.  It's apparently very successful and it's also home to quite a bit of NFL memorabilia including Walter Payton's Super Bowl ring.
